Eligibility for Refunds
Please note that Yuki Clothing does not accept returns or exchanges on our products. All sales are final. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a replacement. We will do our best to resolve any issues with your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging with labels attached. Custom orders and discounted items are not eligible for refunds. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
